Description: We will explore representative motor games from Cyprus and Pontus and their exploitation in teaching and practicing motor skills. At the same time, we will examine how selected games can contribute to the development of social skills and virtues. A proposed categorization of traditional motor games is: 1. Manipulative skills, 2. Balance skills, 3. Locomotor skills, 4. Combined skills, 5. Dance-based games
