Description: The first part of the seminar focuses on exercise interventions for individuals with dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, within the framework of a specific European Erasmus+ program. The primary objective is to maintain or improve cognitive, behavioral, and physical functioning, as well as to enhance quality of life, through the implementation of evidence-based guidelines. The second part addresses specialized exercise guidelines and psychological support strategies for a broad range of clinical populations, including individuals with depression, cancer, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, schizophrenia, pulmonary diseases, and substance use disorders.

In addition to the main Congress activities, attendees have the opportunity to participate in specialized workshops. These workshops offer in-depth training and hands-on experiences with experts in the field.
